Northwood Golf Club is a beautiful 18-hole municipal golf course, operated for the people of Rhinelander, Oneida County.

We have a fully stocked clubhouse with a full restaurant and bar, and we operate a busy summer schedule of public programming, like weekday and weekend golf leagues, junior events and teaching, and golf social events for friends and family. Our course was designed by Minneapolis-based golf architect Don Herfort. Mr. Herfort used the natural topography to produce a course that feels very much like a journey through the ancient rocks and rolling hills that are typical of the Northwoods. Our course is in great condition every day of the season, and is both fantastically beautiful, and fun!

Where is Northwood Golf Club? We are located in the great and growing city of Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Our city is considered the ‘gateway to the Northwoods’ and our course is located just minutes from 232 freshwater lakes, the Pelican River, and the beautiful Wisconsin River.
